MakeUp Revolution Radiant Lights Highlighter Palette

Hey beautifuls! Hope you all are doing good. Today I am going to review a highlighter palette from Makeup Revolution. I have been wanting to try the Hourglass Ambient Lighting Palette for quite a while now, but the price never allowed me to get it! But then I saw the Makeup Revolution Radiance Radiant Lights Palette and it looked like a dupe, so I bought it.

No sooner had it popped through my door, I opened it and instantly fell in love! This is widely speculated to be a dupe for the Hourglass Ambient Lighting palette. I don't personally own the Hourglass palette so I can't judge and compare

Makeup Revolution Radiant Lights Palette
The palette is typical of Makeup Revolution - black plastic but sturdy. Inside, you get a large mirror and three decent sized pots of highlighter.  There are 3 shades: Breathe - a champagne toned shimmery highlighter , Exhale - a gorgeous shimmery highlighter  and Glow - a shimmery golden glow. Not to mention that this palette is a great buy on it's own because the shades are beautiful, especially Breathe.

The Radiant Lights Highlighter Palette is of amazing quality. The powders are finely milled and apply like a dream. There are no chunky bits of glitter and the finish is just a very natural "glow from within" radiant look to the skin means the product doesn't sit in your pores. If you have been wanting to try the Hourglass Ambient Lighting palette for as long as I have, I am telling you, this will satisfy the craving.

I would definitely recommend it if you want a subtle glow on the skin. I am sure you will love it.

I Heart Makeup Triple Baked Blush and Highlighters Review and Swatches

Its Makeup Revolution Review time and I have to tell you about the amazing goodies that I have been playing around with lately. For those of you who have not heard of Makeup Revolution, it was launched back in March 2014 and its a British Brand.

I Heart Makeup Triple Baked Blush and Highlighters

Let me introduce you to the blushes from I Heart Makeup which are named as Blushing Hearts and the highlighter shades are named as Goddess of Love.  These are a dupe for Too Faced's Sweethearts blush. The packaging is super adorable. Each of the heart is made of cardboard, so be careful if you are keeping these in your make up bag as they might get a little bit damaged around the edges.

I Heart Makeup Triple Baked Blush and Highlighters

Today I am gonna review blusher in
Candy Queen of Hearts, highlighters in Goddess of Faith and Golden Goddess.

Candy Queen of Hearts is a beautiful combination of pinks and peaches. It is a baked blush featuring three colors inside heart that you can swirl together to get perfect flush. The three colors in the blush are warm toned, and can be used alone or swirled together for a different take. The baked blush starts with my favorite color; a blue toned pink that suits my skintone to perfection. A light orange based coral which looks beautiful as a highlighter and a deeper orange coral, that adds depth and definition to your cheeks.

The Goddess of Love Highlighters has  lovely, smooth texture with super fine frosty particles which do not emphasize the pores but gives that perfect glow to the skin. With this product a little goes a long way all you need is a light swipe for both cheeks. The highlighter shades are beautiful and suitable for all skin tones.

I Heart Makeup Highlighter in Golden Goddess

Goddess of Faith is my favorite out of the two that I have. It is perfect for my skin tone. It is not glittery and it is such a beautiful shade, I have been using this on the top of my cheek bones and I have been loving it. The other shade I have is Golden Goddess. This shade is a little more yellow and it gives a beautiful sunkissed kind of glow. I am really impressed by my purchase and definitely recommend it to you.

Makeup Revolution Highlighter in Golden Lights Review and Swatch

Makeup Revolution is a UK based brand which is almost one year old now. They have made quite a name for themselves since their launch with their super affordable and good quality products. The product I was most eager to try was one of their Vivid Baked Highlighters as I love highlighters. The Makeup Revolution Vivid Baked Highlighters are available in three shades;Golden Lights, Pink Lights and Peach Lights. Today I will be reviewing Golden Lights as I only own this one .

Makeup Revolution Vivid Baked Highlighter in GOLDEN LIGHTS
The packaging is very simple round compact with a clear lid but it still seems to do a pretty good job of protecting the product. For the price you really can't complain. In appearance, the Makeup Revolution Vivid Baked Highlighter is very similar to the MUA Undress Your Skin Shimmer Highlighter. Both have identical texture and looks.

When I first swirled my fingers over the pan, I was surprised by how rough and chalky the powder felt. I thought that it would be quite chunky to apply, however it has such a smooth, lightweight texture which picks up onto a brush, and applies easily. Due to the texture it is also quite easy to pick up too much product, so you have to be very careful not to over apply it. It can also enhance your pores and other imperfections. Color wise, 'Golden Lights' really isn't golden at all, it's very much a typical a cream/off-white highlight shade which is just beautiful, and I am very happy with it.

A good thing is that it has minimal fallout. Unless you give crazy brush-swirls in the pan, you won't notice the fallout. I have used it for more than 4-5 times and the design is intact. This highlighter is insanely pigmented, as the swatch was taken using a brush with 2 or 3 swipes only.Golden Lights is a dupe for NARS Albatross. I don't own one, so can't say anything about that yet. If you own both, do let me

know your thoughts!
